FitMotivate (fitmotivate.me) is a web app that helps people find compatible workout partners at their gym and nearby. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at support@fitmotivate.me.

Account data: your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you sign up.

Profile data you choose to add: first name, birth date, gender, city and country, gyms, activities, fitness levels, goals, spoken languages, photos and training preferences.

Usage data: training requests, matches, messages you send to other members, planned sessions and workout confirmations.

Impact Athletes applications: the details you enter in the application form (name, contact details, city and country, gym, fitness information, social media links you choose to share, and your motivation), used only to review your application and manage the program.

Technical data: approximate location (city level), device and browser information, and product analytics events.

We never show your exact residential location to other members — only your city.

We never sell your personal data.

We never scrape your social media accounts or access private follower data.

To provide the core service: matching you with compatible training partners, messaging, planning sessions and showing who is training today.

To review Impact Athletes applications and operate the program.

To keep the community safe: abuse reports, blocking, photo policy checks and account security.

To send service emails (sign-in, password reset, training requests, match and application updates). Marketing emails are only sent with your separate consent.

We ask for your consent before any marketing or analytics tools load. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are only activated after you accept cookies in the consent banner, and you can decline without losing access to the app.

Your data is hosted on Lovable Cloud (EU/US infrastructure) and processed by the services needed to run the app: authentication and database hosting, email delivery, Google Maps (gym search), and — only after your consent — Google Analytics and Meta.

Account and profile data is kept while your account is active. Impact Athletes applications are kept while the program application is being reviewed and for the duration of your participation. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your profile.

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (for example for marketing emails or analytics cookies). To exercise any of these rights, email support@fitmotivate.me.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
